1. About Routine Roster

Routine Roster provides software for dance studios to manage routines, music, students, event entries, and related workflows, including parent-facing access where configured.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Studio owners are responsible for user roles and access permissions in their studio.
• You must ensure you have a lawful basis for data uploaded to the platform, including student and parent information.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Routine Roster offers a free trial period for new studio accounts.
• After trial, access requires an active paid subscription unless otherwise agreed.
• Subscription fees, billing cycle, and pricing are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (including Stripe).
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through billing settings or support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access data outside your permissions.
• Upload malicious code, harmful files, or content you do not have rights to use.
• Interfere with platform operation, availability, or other users.

5. Customer Data and Content

• You retain ownership of your customer data and uploaded content.
• You grant Routine Roster a limited licence to host, process, and display content solely to provide the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring content (including music files) is lawful and appropriately licensed.

6. Service Availability and Changes

• We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may update features, pricing, or functionality from time to time.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• On termination, access may end and data retention/deletion will follow our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

Routine Roster and all related software, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will meet every requirement or be uninterrupted at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Routine Roster is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Data Protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
